From our first contact with Lisa and James they were both extremely helpful, James came out the the house and explained everything and what would happen next , the lads that came to the house to complete it where polite and extremely respectful when they where doing the job , cleaned up after themselves and kept everything running smoothly, regular updates and contact from James and the job was finished to a high standard , a full house rewire and what a great job they did , when you contact tradesmen to do jobs it can sometimes fell overwhelming but James really made us feel comfortable and confident that the job would be completed . Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. It's like they looked at all the complaints people usually have about contractors (responsiveness, forgetfulness etc) and set about to fix them all. Got a reply within the hour of me enquiring, submitted a form with the details the team needed, they then almost immediately sent me an electronic quote based on the video and pictures I uploaded. Price was reasonable, so I accepted, and they immediately contacted to book in. Richard was lovely when he came, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Everything start to finish in under a week.
